Remember to research those ideas, make sure that the idea is feasible, and try to find a niche product with low competition and high demand, preferable something you are already familiar with. Then start implementing the idea by starting small and continue with slow and stable growth. Long term earnings are always greater than short term earnings.


I suppose my questions are threefold: 1) Are there niches pertaining to the performing arts? 2) Do you believe a right-brained person can really learn the logistics of affiliate marketing enough to turn it into primary income? 3) Due to my lack of finances, could I start with learning in the free program and upgrade to the premium when I can better afford it?
With affiliate marketing, you offer the products for sale, for example, on your blog or e-commerce website. Each product has a unique link that tracks back to your account with your affiliate partner. A prospect who clicks on the link is taken to your partner’s shopping cart for checkout. Once they buy, that purchase is recorded and you receive a commission. Commission amounts vary depending on the affiliate partner, but is generally 5 percent to 25 percent, or 50 percent or more with digital information products.
And finally, I find that it is almost too easy to communicate with people! I love helping people and meeting new people in the industry, but as a successful affiliate marketer, I do get bombarded with so many questions from people I don’t even know. For that reason, I try to keep my responses prioritized by always responding to those who I referred through my affiliate link. Heck, they helped me earn a few bucks, so why shouldn’t they get priority? While this system works, I do sometimes feel bad at my super late response times for many of those trying to get some help.
I realize my bias is already showing through, so I’ll get to what I DON’T like about Wealthy Affiliate below. But, as I’ve already stated, overall I don’t know of any other place that is better for new affiliate marketers to get started than Wealthy Affiliate. If you take a look around my site, you’ll notice I’ve spent a TON of time on it. I’ve spent years of my life building this site, and there are currently almost 500 posts here, all for free, for everyone. It is in my best interest to promote only the best training course and that training course is Wealthy Affiliate.

In the long-term, it affects your versatility, functionality, and, of course, your brand. In the short term, it can certainly add/take away a lot of headaches. That said, just like choosing a physical house or office, there is no such thing as an absolute “best” or “top” choice. There’s only the right choice relative to your goals, experience, and circumstances.

The internet changes so fast that one year online equals about five years in the real world. But the principles of how to start and grow a successful online business haven't changed at all. If you're just starting a small business online, stick to this sequence. If you've been online awhile, do a quick review and see if there's a step you're neglecting, or never got around to doing in the first place. You can't go wrong with the basics.

In December 2018 and April 2019, Wix.com released two new products, Ascend and Corvid, respectively. Ascend targets entrepreneurs with a suite of 20 products to help them connect more deeply with customers. Corvid, meanwhile, is an open development platform that allows the designers, engineers and agencies Wix.com is now looking to attract to build more advanced websites.


I understand that WA has a built in solution to this — promote WA. That in itself is a business one can passionately dedicate himself to. This seems to be an excellent idea initially. But then we have to contend with the fact that there may be tens of thousands of WA affiliates who are in the same boat and who have nothing more to promote than WA itself. There is already a glut in this niche. That’s the reason why every time we do a search for product reviews, we almost ALWAYS end up with a product review done by a WA affiliate who is reviewing the product as a way to lead the visitor to joining WA as the better alternative to the business or product the visitor is researching on.
I have just started WA and to anybody who is considering this, it has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING that you need to succeed in affiliate marketing, but it comes with a catch….there is a ton you have to learn. 50 lessons in all. Think of this as going to school to learn a trade. From what I hear on the WA chat, you might make a full time living at it in one, two years or never. The advantage is that it’s a dirt cheap career. But no short cuts here. You gotta work at it, part time, full time, off and on like a lot of people, but everything you need is there. It’s all up to you. The only limitation, the only unknown factor IS YOU.
I don’t have a website yet, but there’s several I know that aren’t big bucks and I even heard Wix was decent. Anyway. I want to become an affiliate. I’ve desired it for over a year. I’ve been told it will cost so much per month. I truly believe if you know the basics you can do this. It may take time. I just attended Keale Keane’s webinar and paid $99.00.
